The download link arrives by email
Once the proof is checked, the download link goes to your email — usually within an hour during working hours. The file is already stamped with your name, email, and serial number.
Frequently asked
Do I need to understand accounting to use it?
You do not need to be an expert. You only fill in daily transactions on the sheets provided — the journal, general ledger, and financial statements build themselves. There is an instructions sheet inside the file, and you can ask us on WhatsApp whenever something is unclear.
Which Excel version do I need?
Excel 2016 or newer is safest. The file also opens in WPS Office and LibreOffice, though some formatting may look slightly different. No macros are used, so there are no security warnings.
Can I adapt it to my own business?
Yes. The chart of accounts, item master, and recipes/BOM are meant to be filled in by you. Sheets holding formulas are protected so they are not overwritten by accident — if you need to change the structure, just ask us for guidance on WhatsApp.
May I resell or share it?
No. The licence covers one business owned by the buyer. Every file we send carries the buyer’s name, email, and serial number in several places, so a leaked file can be traced back to its source.
